Pricing FAQ

Common Questions

Do you take a cut of my sales?

Never. The Booth Pulse is a flat subscription. We never charge a commission on the work you sell. If you sell $20,000 of art this season, that money is yours; we charge you the same as the artist who sold $2,000. The only fee you ever pay us is the monthly or yearly subscription.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your entire inventory, sales, and analytics history as CSV at any time, before or after cancelling. We don't hold your data hostage. If you downgrade to the free plan, you keep access to your data but lose access to the paid analytics, commission, and gallery features.

Is the Basic plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan is not a trial — it's a real plan we intend to support indefinitely. It covers up to 50 artworks, the pre-show and post-show checklists, and logistics planning. Many emerging artists never need to upgrade. The paid plans exist for studios where the data is doing real work for the business.

Why is the Moderate plan the "Most Popular"?

Because for most working artists, the Festival Analytics dashboard, Commission Tracker, and Follow-Up Manager are exactly the three modules where the platform pays for itself within the first season. If you do more than three or four shows a year, or take more than a handful of commissions, the math works.

What's actually different about the Advanced plan?

Advanced unlocks Gallery Connect — the public portfolio URL, the "Buy Now" Stripe integration, buyer email notifications, and the curated portfolio views designed to be sent to gallerists. If you are still in the festival-only phase of your career, Moderate is the right plan. When you start thinking about gallery representation or direct online sales, Advanced is the upgrade.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Up or down, monthly, no penalty. Prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We never see or store your card number directly.

Do you offer discounts for art collectives or schools?

We do. If you represent an artist cooperative, a community art center, an art school, or a similar group, reach out and we'll talk. Group rates and educational pricing are available case by case.

What's your refund policy?

If you subscribe and decide within the first 30 days that the platform isn't for you, email us and we will refund the full amount, no questions, no forms. Beyond 30 days, you can cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.
